Easy peasy meatloaf

Ikutkan, I ni bukanlah blogger masakan. Masak dah la ala ala je, pastu semua pakai resipi online. Iye lah, kalau telefon mak, mesti resipi dia kasi, "masukkan ni sikit, tu sikit, agak-agak sesedap rasa"

Itu lah, bila balik Malaysia malas nak masuk dapur. Sudahnya memang tak belajar masak. Makan je pass, lulus cemerlang lagi.
 
Anyway, baru baru ni I buat meatloaf. Honestly I am not a big fan of meatloaf, pernah buat sekali dua, tapi tak kena dengan tekak I. Tetiba mood nak ber meatloaf datang balik. Sebenarnya nak menghabiskan daging kisar yang ada. Google balik, jumpa lah resipi yang bernama Easy Meatloaf ni.
 
Memandangkan I ada 1 lb je daging, I alter sikit lah resipi.
 
 
 
Ingredients:
 
1 lb ground beef
1 egg
1/2 onion, chopped
1 tablespoon cooking oil
2/3 cup milk
2/3 cup dried bread crumbs
1 tablespoon worchestershire sauce
salt and pepper to taste
 
*2 tablespoons brown sugar
*2 tablespoons prepared mustard
*1/3 cup ketchup
 
 
Directions:
 
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

- Sautee onion in cooking oil until transparent.

- In a large bowl, combine the beef, egg, onion, milk and bread crumbs. Season with worchestershire sauce, salt and pepper to taste and place in a lightly greased 5 x 9 inch loaf pan, OR form into a loaf and place in a lightly greased 9 x 13 inch baking dish.

- In a separate small bowl, combine the brown sugar, mustard and ketchup. Mix well and pour over the meatloaf.

- Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 50 minutes.
 
 
Hasilnyaaaa......

 
 
Senang je kan masak makanan omputeh ni. Gaul sikit-sikit, letak dalam oven, dah jadi. Tak yah nak bertenggek tepi dapur. Minyak pun takde terpercik sana sini. Sesuai untuk mereka mereka yang sibuk atau malas macam saya, hehehehe...
 
Yang paling penting, Cik Abe & Cik Aiyu kata ngam ho! Abam Aaron pun asyik usya je, tapi sorry baby, awak makan carrots sudahhhhh....

Sedapnya. Kan. Senang masak resepi omputeh ni. Semua masuk oven. Fry2 pun sikit je.

part tak terpercik minyak tu saya setuju..ini nasi lemak simple pun jenuh la dok kena percikan sambal..pedih oi..

masak spageti, cuci bersih dapur i..heheh
