Menyampah betul lah bila tengok tv ni.
Bukan apa, senang betul I ni nak terpengaruh tauuuuu...
Padan muka, siapa suruh tengok tv di waktu siang. Bawak berus jamban masa tu lagi afdal kan.

What happened was, kelmarin I tengok Dr. Oz show kat tv. That's pretty much the only day time show that I watch. Sebelum tu ada The Chew, dan selepas tu ada The Doctors. Tapi dua dua aku menyampah. Cerita kalau ada lebih dah satu host ni memang tau, semua host kalau boleh nak cakap serentak. Kalau dah masuk 4 orang host?

Mungkin niat diorang nak kasi rancangan tu happening. Tapi buang "hap" tu, I jadi pening.
Berbalik pada rancangan Dr. Oz Show tu, dia ada buat ujian klinikal untuk a new diet method, called The Green Coffee Bean Project.
The project was about taking 2 pills that contained 200 mg of coffee bean extract each, for 3 times a day, in 2 weeks time. There were 2 groups involved; 1 that did take the mentioned pills, and the other one took placebo pills. Both groups have to write their daily food journal, to record what they eat for the 2 weeks period. They didn't know if they get the real or fake pills, so it was a challenge to see if you can actually lose weight with the power of mind.
After 2 weeks period, those who took the pills lost on average 2 lbs each, and those who didn't actually lost a lb each on average. Not bad eh? I guess writing a food journal helps you in a way to see "Banyaknya saya makannnnn!". Or perhaps when you believe something will work, it will. Ohhh.. so The Secret kann..
I never consume any diet pills before, or wish to begin to do so, tapi kali ni macam memanggil manggil aje tau. Maybe because the ingredients sound so natural to me, atau pun pasal you still can lose some weight without changing your lifestyle, hahaha... Menyampah giler kan, bila semua product, or exercise gizmo, will eventually tell you that you can lose your weight with proper nourishment and balanced lifestyle. Duhhh... like we don't know thattt....
Speaking of exercise, tu azam tahun baru saya.
Nak pergi ke gym lepas hantar Cik Aiyu ke sekolah, ha ha ha... Bila kasitau Cik Abe pasal plan ni, dia cam pandang I atas bawah, pastu cakap "That's a very noble plan of yours". Oh well, we'll seeee... Maybe finally I can make full (or partial) use of my gym membership, hehehe... Lagipun Cik Aiyu kelas 2 kali seminggu je kot. Macam masih boleh dicapai la.
Azam satu lagi, nak potty train cik kak kita bebetul. Hopefully she can overcome her denial in poo poo. Setiap kali dia poo poo, bila kita tanya, dia suruh kita senyap, "ssshhhh" sambil letak jari kat mulut. Ewahhh... nak concentrate ke kak?
I can foresee accidents to happen, but oh well, that's part of growing up!
