3 minutes after

 Finally, I had the courage to revisit the gym.
 
 
Dah lama tak jejak kan. Dari takde Starbucks depan gym, dah ada satu sekarang. Saje le tu, nak suruh orang singgah. Tak baik tauuu...

Little did I know, lepas 3 minit atas mesin, mak mengahhh!

3 minit! 5 minit pun tak sampai weh.

Tapi semangat punya pasal (dan nak coverline dengan orang sebelah, hehe), I kept on using the new helix machine for 10 minutes. Campur 2 minit untuk warm down, total 12 minit.

Ok la kan, dari takde.

Balik rumah, I pengsan.
 
 
 
Dah penat exercise, kita buat projek baru pulak.

Y u have to go to the gym dear. Aritu gmbr dpn mirror dah okay sgt tu...xde lelemak yang obvious pun...hehehe...I pun dgn gym/exercise ada love hate relationship. Exercise bagai nak rak lepas tu bantai nasi lemak...hmm mmg elok sgt kann...hehehe...lg la lelemak comes back with a vengeance! :))
